-quiche-

1 pie crust (9 or 10 inch)
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
¼ tsp. salt
(additional ingredients: see below)
1½ c. shredded cheese

In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard, pepper and paprika; set aside. Layer additional ingredients in unbaked pie crust. Top with cheese. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until set.

Bacon & Green Chile Quiche: 6-8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled; 4 oz. diced green chilies; 2-4 green onions, chopped

Cauliflower & Ham Quiche: 2½ c. cauliflower; ½ c. diced onion; 1 c. cubed ham

Ham & Broccoli: 1 c. cubed cooked ham; 1 c. broccoli; 1 T. chopped onion
