Mix up a box of brownies.
Pour it into a graham cracker pie crust. (You might need two!)
Bake as directed on box.
When it’s almost finished, sprinkle mini marshmallows over the top.
Continue baking until brownie pie is set and marshmallows are toasty.
Serve with ice cream.
I can’t personally recommend this, since I didn’t taste it. The outside of our brownie pies finished baking long before the centers did. Our marshmallows didn’t get soft and gooey like they do on the top of people’s sweet potato casseroles. (Then again, I don’t eat sweet potato casserole with marshmallows on top, so what do I know…)
